ReferralBridge provides a digital platform where users can request job referrals by listing themselves for visibility among potential referrers. We facilitate connection but do not guarantee any job referral or placement.
Refunds are only applicable in the following limited cases:
To raise a refund request, contact us at support@referralbridge.in within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Payments made for listing on our platform are strictly non-refundable, even if the user does not receive a referral. The service is considered fulfilled once the user profile is published and made visible to potential referrers.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once a listing is made live on the platform, cancellations are not permitted.
